These terms apply when you browse or place an order through Terea Price Dubai. By using this website, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Adult Eligibility
This website is strictly for adults of legal age. You must not browse for the purpose of purchasing, place an order or receive restricted products if you are under the applicable legal age. We may cancel an order or request reasonable age or identity verification where required.
Product Compatibility and Use
TEREA tobacco sticks contain nicotine, which is addictive, and are designed only for compatible IQOS ILUMA devices. They must not be used in blade-based IQOS holders or other devices. Product information is provided for identification and compatibility; it is not medical advice and does not mean the products are risk-free.
Independent Retailer
Terea Price Dubai is an independent retailer. IQOS, TEREA and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. We do not claim to be the manufacturer, trademark owner or an official brand website.
Products and Availability
Country ranges, packaging, colours, batch markings and availability may change. Images are illustrative and screen colours may differ from the physical pack. We may limit quantities, correct listing errors, substitute no product without consent, or cancel unavailable items with an appropriate refund.
Prices and Orders
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). An order is a request to purchase and is accepted only after we confirm availability, delivery information and payment method. We may reject or cancel orders affected by suspected fraud, pricing errors, restricted delivery, age concerns or inaccurate contact details.
Delivery
We deliver across the UAE subject to service availability. Standard delivery is AED 30, and orders of AED 400 or more qualify for free delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, public holidays, access restrictions or courier capacity. See the Delivery Information page for details.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Any other payment option is available only if it appears at checkout. Customers must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our published Returns & Refund Policy and applicable UAE law. Opened tobacco consumables and products with broken seals normally cannot be returned for hygiene and product-integrity reasons, except where legal rights apply.
Acceptable Website Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit false orders, scrape content at unreasonable scale or use our content and branding in a misleading way. Original website text, layout and graphics may not be republished without permission, except where law allows.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, incompatible devices, inaccurate customer information, third-party courier delays or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, complete card information or unnecessary identity documents through ordinary email or chat.
