Terea Price Dubai respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to UAE customers.

Information We Collect

When you browse, contact us or place an order, we may collect your name, UAE mobile number, email address, billing and delivery address, order details, communication history and technical information such as browser, device, approximate location, cookie identifiers and IP address. We do not ask you to send passwords or complete card details by email or chat.

How We Use Information

We use information to process and deliver orders, verify contact or age information where required, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain website security, improve our store, comply with legal obligations and send marketing only where permitted.

Orders and Delivery Partners

We share only the information reasonably required with service providers that support our store, such as hosting, WooCommerce services, couriers, communications, analytics and payment providers when enabled. Couriers may receive your name, phone number, delivery address and order-delivery instructions.

Payments

Cash on Delivery is currently supported for eligible orders. If the store owner later enables an online payment provider, payment data will be processed under that provider’s security and privacy practices. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on ordinary website forms.

Cookies and Analytics

The website may use essential cookies for cart, checkout, account security and preferences. Analytics or performance tools may collect aggregated usage information. You can control many cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent cart or checkout features from working.

Children and Restricted Products

This store is not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly sell restricted nicotine products to anyone below the applicable legal age. If you believe a minor provided information, contact us so we can review it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service is completely risk-free. Customers should use secure devices, protect account credentials and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
