Delivery Charges
Standard UAE delivery: AED 30
Free delivery: orders of AED 400 or more
Delivery Areas
We deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Coverage includes major city areas and many residential communities. Remote-area delivery may require additional time or confirmation.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after stock, address and contact details are confirmed. Delivery estimates shown or communicated are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, access restrictions, public holidays or courier capacity. A reachable UAE mobile number is required.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible UAE orders. Card payment is available when shown at checkout. Please keep the correct amount ready for Cash on Delivery orders whenever possible.
Receiving Your Order
An adult of legal age must receive the order. We may request age or identity verification where required. Please inspect the external package at delivery and contact us promptly if it appears damaged or does not match the order.
