What is TEREA?
TEREA sticks are heated-tobacco consumables designed for compatible IQOS ILUMA devices. They contain nicotine, which is addictive, and are intended only for adults of legal age.
Can TEREA be used with older IQOS devices?
No. TEREA is designed for IQOS ILUMA devices and should not be used with blade-based IQOS holders or other devices. Check your device model before ordering.
Which country ranges do you stock?
Our catalogue is organised by country so customers can browse TEREA Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Japan, Italy, Uzbekistan and Switzerland collections. Availability can change, so the live product page is the best stock reference.
What is the TEREA price in Dubai?
Prices are displayed in AED on each product page. The total depends on the selected product, quantity and current availability. We use clear checkout pricing without hidden product charges.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We serve Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Standard delivery costs AED 30 and orders of AED 400 or more qualify for free delivery.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for eligible UAE orders. Card payment may be added separately by the store owner later and is not currently configured by us.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the emirate, order confirmation, stock and courier capacity. Any time communicated is an estimate and may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays or remote-area access.
Can I return opened TEREA packs?
For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, opened tobacco consumables normally cannot be returned. Sealed products may qualify subject to the published Refund and Returns Policy and applicable UAE consumer rules.
What should I do if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Keep the packaging and contact us promptly at +971 58 909 0453 or support@tereapricedubai.ae with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue under our returns policy.
